Lisa Spain - Keller Williams Realty

I signed a contract with Lisa Spain. She promised to put me in the personal listings right away. Also, I already had my For Sale sign & all she had to do was hang it up for me. She never put me on the listing nor hung my sign. I kept trying to call her, I also emailed her and I asked her to make sure she checks out all the potential buyers before showing them the house to make sure they were pre-qualified. She was not ok with that and informed me that if she had to give notice before showing my home, that would hinder the chances of selling the house. She told me if that was the way I wanted to do things then she no longer wanted to be my agent and sent me a traditional release, but what I need is an unconditional release. I am still waiting for the unconditional release, but she is no longer answering my phone calls or responding to my emails. They are making me sit and wait through the end of our contract yet if my house sells they would still gain commission. I recommend no one to ever use them.
