LENDING HAND MORTGAGE

Horrible experience.  This company will promise you the world and come through with nothing.  I started this process in Feb and now mid April I have pulled the plug.  I was originally going to refinance with a bank directly and was basically done with everything when Lending Hand promised to save me thousands on closing costs and lower rates because they could get wholesale rates from the banks.  After providing them with 10 times the information a bank requests, weeks and weeks went by and nothing was moving forward and no one would respond to me.  I contacted the owner directly who took no responsibilities for the lack of professionalism by his company.  Just when I told them to take a hike in March they promised we this would be done ASAP.  Next came a horrible appraisal in which every comp listed had incorrect information and a laughable value on my home.  They were supposed to appeal the appraisal and have it corrected within 48 hours, it has been 2 weeks.  So now I am done with them and will be filing a claim in small claims court to retrieve my $395.  STAY AWAY!! Don't give all of your personal info to this shady group.
