Fencing Service
He does not give you an actual contract. He just kind of writes stuff down on a piece of paper. I would recommend having him sign a contract and get an estimate, give him a deposit, and no more until the job is actually done. It took him quite a while to finish the work, about 1 month, as he would come out, put in a few posts and leave. He also left before cleaning anything up and overbought for the project by about 100 boards and made no arrangements to take the materials back. The work he does is good but professionalism is lacking.
