This was the first piece of clothing I had taken to Kimberly and it was a special dress that mean't a lot to me. She has a great respect for clothing and her work was perfect! I had a deadline and she was friendly, quick and professional. Her prices are very reasonable, I highly reccommend her! She designs and makes clothing and can handle any alteration need. She is definately getting all my business!

I needed a king-size bedspread to cover two twin beds (joined together) to look like one big bed. They are electric "craft-matic-style" beds which allow no dust-ruffles...they just get snarled up when you raise the head or foot of the beds. I bought a king-size coverlet with matching sheets and Kimberly very cleverly fashioned it into a lovely bedspread with a 24" gathered drop to the floor, which covered both beds to look like one. The top edge was beautifully defined with matching cording. (It also made it very easy to make the bed: just line up the cording and the bed is perfectly made!) I had seen similar bedspreads listed at Nordstroms and similar stores (in patterns I did not like) for $700-$1000. Kimberly's work was exquisite and personalized. She understood EXACTLY what I needed and executed the plan to perfection. Kimberly's true work of the heart is actually in high-end couture design, as shown on her website. However, she injects the same attention to detail and beauty into everyday items like bedspreads and pillows. She is a friendly and charming person who is easy to work with. She knows how to ensure that the project she is planning for you is the project you actually WANT. I am now gathering other fabric-related projects in my house for Kimberly, as her work is so beautifully done at such reasonable prices. Her enthusiastic personal charm is the cap on an overall positive experience.
