My car keys are plastic and break off at the end. I had 2 blanks but had a hard time finding someone that can cut this type of key. I called a few Locksmiths 1 set an appointment and didn't come the other was only looking for someone stuck to take advantage of. I was referred to Jim's by someone that does not cut my type of key. He was awesome. They are a mobile service so we met in a parking lot half way for both of us. He was there waiting cut my keys replaced a battery and I was on my way is 25 minutes. His price was the best and the service was great. I will refer all my business to this company.

This is the second time I have used this company. They are great! Know what they are doing and fix the problems. You can't ask for more than that. Still can't believe how quickly they respond for a service call.

I've used Jim before on a rather complicated and expensive lock. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He was also very fair on the cost. So when my cousin needed to have his locks changed on his rental we called Jim. Great guy. His prices are extremely fair and he was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional.

Previous occupant of my newly purchased home let himself into my house (and let my dog escape!) with a key he failed to relinquish, so I was frantic to get the locks re-keyed asap. Called Countryside Locksmith but they couldn't come out the same day. Jim's Bonded Locksmith, Inc. was my second call, and thankfully, they were able to come right out and re-key the deadbolts on all the doors immediately. The service person was prompt, courteous and professional. The cost was reasonable. I would use this company again and not hesitate to recommend them to friends/family.

I called the locksmith and he showed up on the same day, which was important to me, since I was moving into my new place. The work was done in a timely manner and was mostly professionally done. He took the time to show me how to use my new electronic lock and how to program it.The couple 'B' marks came from the slight mess of leaving some sawdust in the house and I found trash laying outside. Otherwise, I would not hesitate to use him again.

I will use this company again if I ever need to. They were nice, and very competent.
