It was great working with Dave and his team, Clint and Mike. They addressed all our questions and worked with us every step of the way. I can be a bit fussy and they were totally professional. Everything is working great!

Great! Sometimes they get a little busy and are slower to respond but they are a small business. They always do great quality work.

Great, they were very flexible on scheduling the appointment and even accommodated a last minute change. When they arrived they were very courteous and quickly assessed the problem.  They had to drain the hot water heater and really took the time to lay down tarps to make sure it would be a neat and clean procedure.  They completed the work professionally and left the place spotless. It really is a good feeling when you deal with pros, these guys are pros and I will definitely use them in the future.

We contacted Jaymarc and set an appointment for April 9.  Dave said he would call when leaving their morning job to give a head's-up.  He did just that, and arrived right on time.  There was a leak coming from the front of our breakfast bar.  It had already ruined a portion of our wood floor.  Jaymarc proceeded to check everything.  They became very concerned about having to remove our breakfast bar front wall. which was covered in tumbled marble.  The leak was pinpointed to the main drain when they removed the molding and found 3 nail holes in the pipe.  This home is 15 months old and the leak started when we moved in thanks to our builder and incompetent subcontractors.  Jaymarc saved us so much by fixing the pipe without breaking any of the wall.  Jaymarc was professional and thorough.  I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

They are amazing and the best, they do everything that they say they are going to do. Everything is right on point.

Dave and Stu came to home to assess situation; I had a bathroom faucet that was tight and difficult to turn on and off. I had ordered replacement parts from manufacturer ahead of time for them to install.

Noticed toilet tank was overflowing yesterday.  Called JayMarc around 9 a.m. next day.  Spoke to Stu Hurwitz who said he would come right away.  Arrived before 11:00 a.m.  Fixed toilet in less than an hour.  Very professional and efficient.  Will definitely use JayMarc in the future for all of our plumbing needs.  Have used other plumbers from Angie's List in the past; however, they were larger companies who charged a lot more for this kind of work.  JayMarc is a keeper.

I called the company yesterday to schedule an appointment. I was told a plumber could be at my house between 10am - 12pm today. I received a call from the plumber at 9:15am to let me know he was on his way and should arrive by 10am. He was 10 minutes early. He greeted my two very loud dogs with a smile. Once I showed him what I needed done, he gave me a very fair and firm quote. He went straight to work and was done with everything within an hour! I work full time so I really appreciated the fact that he called me with enough time to meet him there and I was back to work within an hour! I will definately use Jaymarc again for any plumbing needs!

they got it done quickly and it seems to be all accurate and the price was reasonable. they didn't try to talk me into extra work. I showed them what I wanted done and they didn't try to tell me I needed more.  I showed them a toilet and they could have talked me into more work on it but they were honest and said it didn't need work.

I spoke to Stu Hurwitz at JayMarc Plumbing on Nov. 12, 2013 since we knew they installed all the plumbing in our Rottlund home in Highland Woods division. Stu informed me the service call trip is $79.00. and parts and labor is extra.I said fine when can you come out? Stu and Dave Pitruzzello came over the morning of Nov. 13, 2013.  We did not have any hot water in our Jack & Jill bathroom tub/shower.  Stu showed us where to turn off the main water supply outside before starting to work on our problem. They removed the old cartridge and replaced it with a new cartridge then tested it to make sure it was working properly.  It only took a 1/2 hour. They made sure everything was clean and in place such as the shower curtain. Stu and Dave were on time, quality of work is great, price is good, they answered all of our questions and were very professional. My husband and I are very happy with them. We highly recommend them and would call them back again.

Dave and Stu are the BEST! They came when they said they would, were very professional and polite, and completed the job quickly. The best part is that they left the bathroom as clean as they found it. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They are the only plumbers that I will use!

They did a nice clean job. They have been in now for 2 months performing well with no problems.

Dave called and had time to come over right away. He repaired the leak and only charged me for a service call. He also gave me cards for businesses that could do further repairs that were needed that were outside his scope of service. He was friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. Dave and Stu arrived at time promised. They replaced a flapper in slow flushing toilet and snaked pipes from main clean out and a clean out near master bathroom. They succeeded in removing a clog. They were very courteous, polite, and honest. I  highly recommend them and will definitely call them for service as the need arises. JayMarc is the only plumbing company I have used and  not felt ripped off! Thanks, guys!

Came out many times to quote the job.  Were very honest and answered things in a lay person's terms.  Dave, Stu, and Clint were a pleasure to work with before during and after the installation.

They laid down floor coverings to keep things clean and picked up after the job was complete!
Installed the steam generator, steam head, and control as per instructions and code.  Tested the unit after installation. 

They removed the old tub without damaging Tavertine tile.  Removed the old gold fixtures and installed them on the new jetted tub.  They redesigned the drainage of the tube to allow steam generator to drain also via overflow and drain pan.  Once new tube was installed they tested it in all ways.  Left water in tub all night and come back next day to assure everything was OK.

Could not have asked for better job would use them again in a minute!

Very conscientious in all aspects of their work. They were mindful of our needs for water as we remained in the home while the work was in progress. The owners work as a team with their staff of plumbers. Both Stuart and Dave were prompt and at the job site anytime plumbing work was on the schedule. Any concerns or issues brought to their attention were addressed in a timely fashion. They were very accommodative of the need to keep the new installation clean once the finished floors and walls were in place. The second phase of the project has required some reworking of the initial plans and trouble shooting with fixtures. Both partners continue to be involved in the process and are very hands on. I am pleased with their work. They are extremely trustworthy and have provided us, and our project, with invaluable expertise. I would highly recommend JayMarc Plumbing.
