I had called Verizon Tech to help with my problem and they said it was my computer. I just needed internet and email up. They never ended up doing the job. I found Iswitch on Angie's List and I couldn't tell you how pleased I was. He came and not only brought up the email and internet, but he saw all kinds of issues with my computer that needed to be taken of and went above and beyond the call of duty with my computer. He is very knowledgable with computers and I was surprised how little he charged me for the amount of work that was done.

I was very impressed with Robert and his work. He quoted me one price but when all work was finished the price was lower. When does that ever happen! He shopped around and found the best price for me. Very professional and kind person. I will continue to use him and would recommend his company.

He did a wonderful job! He was great working with my grandson, too. He really did a lot of work for the price. He works quickly and we were able to get both computers back within a week. He also teaches you things about your computer while he's there working. For instance, he installed free anti-virus programs on my computer so I don't have to pay for them. I've worked with him in the past and his prices are always reasonable. He a very, very nice person, too. He's pleasant and easy to work with.

Robert came to the house and picked up Dad's old PC. He said he would be completed on Monday, March 22 and would stop by my store first to install the software necessary to have access from my house. Robert indeed did stop by the store installed the software and then came to my home to install my Dad's PC and enable my laptop to have remote access. My father, who is 80 was joyous to see the newer PC with all his programs and files ready to go. Robert even made the icons larger so my Dad could see them better. My remote access was easy and works fawlessly.

He arrived on time, got right to work, explained what he was doing and why. Also gave me some tips on how I could avoid problems in the future. I tried not to pepper him with questions while he was working but he was very patient with me. Within an hour he had my laptop working again and had cleaned it up so that it was working faster than before.

ISwitch took my computer overnight and now it's perfect! He cleaned up the viruses and upgraded my anti-viral system. He is a very nice man and very professional!

I would say it went very well. The computer is running lot better now than it was before. I've used his service several times before and love the convenience that he comes right to the house.

Allow time for his diagnosis. It was great to find a really competent repair person who came and got the computer and then brought it back and reinstalled it. It was a very good repair and experience. He came to the house at the appointed time. Explained things well. He was very personable and very competent. We definitely will call I Switch again.
