Perfect! A very punctual and had perfessional business!

Very well. Replaced several sprinkler heads and repaired the regulator valves. Because of low water pressure at the heads, I thought surely they would need to be replaced.

He shows up as scheduled. He is professional and do just what you need done to make your system work.

When we first contacted Richard about the issue, all we knew is there was a water leak that was happening even when the system was off.   He dropped by within a day to check it out, and was able to turn off the water feeding into the irrigation system until he could return to complete the repair.  

He arrived promptly at the arranged time when he returned.  He focused on the leak repairs first, and then proceeded to thoroughly test and complete maintenance of the rest of the system.

I would definitely use Richard again, and would recommend him to others.

Rich charges a fairly high price for doing average work. He didn't adequately inspect and repair the system issues I was facing.  He seemed to hide a large part of his billable charges in parts costs, but we're talking about plastic pieces here.  I know what they cost via Lowe's and Home Depot so I was disappointed to find out that the final bill was higher then I expected.

I went out to get the paper and I heard a noise coming from the irrigation pump. Water was spraying all over my garage. I called Carr Plumbing and since Tom was in the area, he came directly to my house. When Tom looked over the situation, he called the office and there was no one there that had the expertise to do the job.
Carr Plumbing actually gave me two referrals! Since only one was on Angie's list, I looked at and quot;Irrigation by Pipeand quot; and saw that the did excellent work. Richard Pipe was in my neighborhood and came over right away. He surveyed the situation, gave me an approximate cost and was there in two days, promptly at 8 am. Richard took out the old irrigation pump, installed the new one and then checked all of my other sprinkler heads, replacing and adjusting nine of them.
I asked Richard if we could set up a plan to have him check my system every six months. He said that was the best plan.

The service Richard performs is fantastic. I called him in the morning due to a broken sprinkler head, new sidewalk in the front, and he was out by that afternoon. I called Irrigation by Pipe on a Thursday and Mr. Pipe responded the next day. Mr. Pipe is very well organized and that allows him to work quickly and efficiently, which means the consumer gets great value for his or her money. He made a schematic of the system which allowed him to diagnose each separate problem and there were several. He identified them and repaired them. Soon the system was working as it was designed. I would recommend him for sprinkler system work.

I was very pleased with them. He responded quickly and completed the job. He did get everything working. When he came out I was having problems with 2 zones and it is 4 zones in my yard. 2 of the zones the controls went bad. I knew how much it would be for the part, I didn't know how much the repair would be. I tried to repair it myself and I messed it up. I had him come out and he fixed the 2. Well, it wasn't within a month or a month or 2 later that the other 2 went bad. It's not a complaint but I said, if you had told me that the other 2 needed replaced, because when I saw the cost, because every time they come out, again, I'm not complaining, but every time they come out they charge a service charge so I could have saved myself a service charge if he had done all 4 zones at the same time, because they are all the same age. I guess he figured that people don't want to spend the money so he wasn't going to do what isn't necessary. I still don't have any issues, that isn't his fault, I should have use my head too.

Richard did the work so quickly and well. He was very professional and reasonable in price.

Richard did a fantastic job with the root-bound sprinkler. I should have called him months ago! He capped the sprinkler off, tested the system to make sure it ran fine, since it was in zone 1) continued to the rest of the work. He moved the sprinkler that was obstructing the screen door. He moved that sprinkler over by about a foot and tested the others in the zone in addition to moving a sprinkler into the planter triangle in the screened porch. Great work. I will definately call him again the next time I have an issue with my system as opposed to waiting.

Answered my initial inquiry within hours and came out the next day and came out earlier than anticipated (with a phone call to ask if it was okay if he came a bit early). Thought the pricing was great for service rendered...would definitely use him again. The only slightly negative thing is that he left the cover off of my sprinkler control...he got a phone call and seemed urgent to leave...not a big deal, but I'm glad that I caught it...the sprinkler system works the best it has in years...sprinkler system on steroids!

Pipe showed up on time and ready to work. He systematically went zone by zone and replaced all non-functioning hardware. Pipe also moved several sprinkler heads that were located too close to a recently installed fence. Pipe had all the heads and additional supplies to perform his work without interuption.

.He came out on Monday and took care of the issue. He need a get a part and returned on Tuesday to resolve the issue. His estimate was the same as the actual invoice I received. Pipe had to replace a pipe and the filter. He did a great job.
