The installer took my old garage door opener with him when I specifically told him I was going to use it on my other garage door. I even said I would probably call him back to do it. Then I figured if I dont install it I will sell it like I did my last one. So I called him and he told me he threw it out....And i even gave that guy a $20 tip.. I would never use them again. He should have offered to compensate me.

As an old guy who knows what hard work is like and these days, we see a woeful work ethic, this mechanic was here at 8:00 Sunday morning and gave me an estimate that was within my budget, he went right to work, extremely hard-working and professional, gave me suggestions and explained the process. Great warranties on parts and labor. I would use him again, hands down a great guy.

iDoor provided excellent service to remove and replace my large double garage door coil springs after one spring broke. They were able to repair the issue and reconnect my 40 year old garage door opener function. This will allow me to survive another year before I need to install a very expensive Hurricane Wind Rated garage door.
