JILLIAN (OWNER OF COMPANY) CAME OUT WHILE OUR HOUSE WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND MEASURED ALL OF OUR MANY WINDOWS AND DOORS AND GAVE US A FREE ESTIMATE FOR FAUX WOOD BLINDS AND SHUTTERS. WE PLANNED INSTALLATION FOR THE WEEK WE CLOSED ON OUR HOUSE. THE INSTALLERS CAME AND HUNG EVERYTHING BUT ONE SHUTTER WAS DAMAGED AND THREE SHUTTERS DID NOT ARRIVE AT ALL! IT TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS BUT WE FINALLY HAVE ALL WINDOWS COVERED. IT WAS A BIT OF A TENSE SITUATION BECAUSE WE HAD TO WAIT SO LONG FOR PRODUCT WE EXPECTED TO BE INSTALLED WHEN WE PLANNED BUT ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME. I DID CALL HER BACK TO HAVE SOME WINDOW TREATMENTS DONE IN 3 ROOMS AND I LOVE THE RESULT. JILLIAN HAS A GREAT WAY OF LOOKING AT A PERSON'S STYLE IN DECORATING AND COMES PREPARED WITH GREAT SUGGESTIONS FOR FABRIC AND DESIGN.
