From start to finish this was a very smooth process. I first got my offer from them and then within minutes they had sent me a contract all ready to sign. I had a few questions that they were able to answer on the spot. The whole White Rock team was very honest and nice to me throughout the whole process. I had some liens on my property that they were also able to clear up. Closing was also very easy. I got my documents through the mail signed them and sent them back. I had my money in my account in 24 hours!!!! I would definitely recommend using White Rock if you are looking to sell your home fast and get a fair offer.
