Bob does a great, very professional, has been tuning our piano for years. Extremely nice and personal, and one heck of a pianist.

Mr Horton is the consummate professional. Prior to arriving he called to let me know he would be a few minutes late. After arriving he started working  on my piano. He completely checked for any defects or problems. He then tuned my piano which needed a good tuning. Afterwards he provided information on how to maintain my piano in order to keep it in perfect pitch and condition.
He & I made arrangements for Bob to return in a few months for a complete internal cleaning and checkup.
Musically speaking, Bob is 'Symphonie Fantastique'

He was very prompt. He came in and did what we needed. Our piano needed a follow up tuning and he was good with calling to get that scheduled. We declined due to us not suing the piano and it being old.  I even recommended him a friend.

Bob Horton responded right away to my inquiry for piano tuning and repair service. It was the week before Easter and he said he was very busy but if I could be a little flexible with the time he could come to my home to evaluate my piano. He had to drive quite a distance to do this. He was very punctual and honest and forthright about what my piano needed. He recommended that I not put too much money into this piano unless I felt it had sentimental value to us. I wanted the piano tuned and fixed so my grandson could play it on Easter Sunday. Mr. Horton was very professional and explained what he was doing each step of the way.

My grandson did play the piano for us on Easter and it sounded wonderful. I would highly recommend Mr. Horton to anyone who needs piano service. Thank you.

Wonderful!  Thought I was going to be told there was no hope for my piano and was pleasantly surprised at what he could do and how fair and honest he was.

It went extremely well.  Having called several piano tuners, I was impressed immediately with his professionalism starting with the        initial phone call.  Mr. Horton asked pertinent questions about our piano.  He was able to fit us into his schedule within 2 days.   He is pleasant, knowledgeable, informative, and into detail.  He tuned our piano and he made recommendations for future work.  We have already made another appointment with him.

My piano is very old and hadn't been serviced in a long time.  Mr. Horton evaluated it, tuned it and cleaned it's very dusty insides. He gave me recommendations on how to restore it to a better condition. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. He answered all of my questions and was very informative. I have no reservations in recommending him.

Bob was responsive, knowledgable, and professional.  He responded quickly to my voicemail, made an appointment at a convenient time for me, arrived a few minutes early, and made sure I understood what needed to be done to the piano.  Given that the piano had been moved twice and not tuned for quite awhile, I felt the cost was appropriate.

My experience with them was excellent. I used the Angie's List coupon. He seemed to be very competent and very professional. He spent a lot of time tuning the piano and was equally good as far as explaining to me what he was doing, what he found and he gave me a lengthy handwritten summary of everything that he did, what he suggested to be done that could or should be done to improve the piano. Overall, I was very pleased with the whole visit.

Mr. Horton was there on time and was very pleasant to work with. He would comment on needs for future consideration. The tuning took about 1 Hour. I will definitely use him, not only for the Church piano, but for my own piano as well.

Bob is an outstanding musician with the skills and expertise to magically tune the piano.  He was knowledgeable about the repair that needed to be completed as well.  The customer service he provided was outstanding, going out of his way to accommodate our schedule/needs.  I would highly recommend him for this service to anyone in need of piano tuning, cleaning or repair.

We had Horton Piano Service tune the piano twice in a row because we moved it across the country and it had not been tuned or properly adjusted for over 20 years.
The first tuning took roughly 1.5 hours and the second one took about an hour. The piano ended up sounding great and our family loves playing every day!

.Bob came out to give an estimate. Returned to tune and clean the piano. We've had the piano 15 years and moved it twice. Only had one previous tuning and never been cleaned. Bob was very informative about our piano regarding quality, condition and upkeep. He cleaned the piano to perfection. We felt the price we paid extremely fair for the condition we had caused our piano through neglect. We recommend him highly.
