I had purchased a "Living Social" deal for up to 10 windows for $29. I had 10 windows but they were exceptionally dirty and 2 of the windows were very very big and should have counted as 2 each. He was late getting there but started right in. I asked him to quote what it would cost to also wash the screens and tracks. The price was very reasonable so we added both of the patio doors (both inside and out). He was done in about 3 hours and they all sparkled! He was very professional, did a great job, and I will definitely call him back. I also asked for his business cards to give to friends and neighbors.

This was the first time I ever hired someone to do my windows, so I didn't know the questions to ask regarding pricing. So, there were 2 add ons that I did not anticipate, cleaning the screens and ledges. . That I take responsibility for and will know better in the future. But, I did not realize that when cleaning the windows that if there was something that was "caked on" such as bird poop, these areas do not get cleaned as I was told has he was leaving. I don't think that is right, I expected a job in which my windows are completely clean when all is said and done. I did not make a point of that at the time, I just decided not to have them clean my widows again. But then when the screens were reinstalled, he mentioned that the pins are flimsy and one broke. After he left, I found several broken and will now have to pay to get them fixed and install and reinstall the screens myself. Between these two problems, I was ultimately was very unsatisfied with the service and lack of proffesionalism due to leaving the screens broken. I have made the decision to not ask for this company to fix them, because now I would be inconveninenced by having to be home when they come.

He is very professional. Showed up when he said he would. Did what he said he would . He did a great job, very detail orientated. My windows and the outside of my house never looked to clean.
