INSTALLED NEW BALLAST IN LIGHT IN BATHROOM, DID NOT WORK AND HAD TO RETURN TO INSTALL A NEW LIGHTING FIXTURE. DID NOT CHARGE FOR EXTRA SERVICE CALLS ONLY FOR THE NEW FIXTURE. INSTALLATION OF THE CEILING FAN WENT MORE SMOOTHLY THOUGH A FEW DAYS LATER A NEIGHBOR CALLED AND STATED THAT HIS FAN WAS BEING ACTIVATED BY THE REMOTE CONTROL FROM MY FAN. CONTACTED THE COMPANY BUT NO RETURN CALL. I READ THE MANUAL AND WAS ABLE TO CHANGE THE REMOTE CONTROL CODE MYSELF.
