Can not say enough good things about this company. From the beginning to the end of this big project, Kelby was simply fantastic. Professional, talented, accommodating, friendly and fun to work with. He took my rough vision, and created a beautiful design. The video he developed let me envision exactly what the landscaping; pavers; new trees, retaining wall and new lawn would look like. And the end product looked exactly like the design. This company is obviously very well led. They overlook nothing and ensure complete customer satisfaction. One sign of a truly great company is the sub-contractor they work with. The owner Mike, clearly works with nobody but the best. From the guy who tore up the driveway and made paths for the pavers, to the guys who installed the pavers and the retaining wall, to the guys who installed the sprinkler system and the new sod -- they seriously could not have been better. You can tell real professionals who take pride in their work, and it is clear that Mike hires no one but the best. This was a big project. Every step of the way, I felt I was working with the best of the best, and their work and the final outcome validates that.

I cannot say enough good things about Moe and her crew. Moe was great
to work with. Her initial design made it easy to envision the final result,
and we could not be happier with the results.
Moe was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had,
and always kept me updated on the project so that I never was wondering
or guessing on how the progress was going. She is awesome at what she
does, and it shows in the final results. She was present on the day of planting and worked along
with her crew to make sure everything went according to her design.
Her crew was great also. They left the work site clean at the end of the project, and were
always friendly and courteous to us.
I cannot stress enough how happy we are with the final result of the yard. It was amazing to see
the concept on paper, and then to see it brought to life by Moe and her
crew. The final result is leaps and bounds better than anything I could
have envisioned before the project got underway.
Now it's time to start building up the funds so we can have Moe come back
and work on pavers and lighting!

They were nice. My wife was really happy with them. There was nothing that I disliked. I would give A's for everything.

Mo was nice but provided a plan for the front yard that was 3 times the cost I told her I could afford.  When we finally agreed on a price, they began work.  While I understand sometimes sprinklers are broken, the crew was very unprofessional and I had to requst that one of the gentleman not return to my home.  The additional cost to repair the sprinklers was $300. 00, so if you use them, plan on this cost also.  This crew did not even attempt to remove the tree roots with anything other than a shovel until I complained to Mike about it.  I had to have a stump remover come and edge the garden so they could place stones. Something they did not tell me upfront either. 
 
I specifically requested "deer tolerant" plants, as we have a gang of deer that roam our neighboorhood.  I am not a gardener, so I had to trust Mo and her team.  They planted leriothrope (sp) which the deer have now munched to the ground.  When I called them to say some of my plants had died, they came and looked stating I needed fertilizer.  I paid them $100 to fertilize and they still did not replace the bad plants as is in their agreement for up to 1 year post planting.  They did not replace the bird of paradise nor the flowering yellow plants that died, nor the leriothrope. 
I am now having another landscapper give me an estimate to clean up the front landscapping and plant the correct plants who is much more reasonable.
Their retail nursey is beautiful though.

The Earthscape team was very friendly and professional and easy to work with and the prices on their proposal appeared very reasonable. I did not go with them because the person I hired to create a professional landscape plan recommended another landscaper, but I was impressed with this company the most of any that I talked to about our landscape project and had we not chosen to go with a professional landscape planner, I am certain we would have used Earthscapes.

Horrible I don't recommend them

Mo was very nice and helped me design a gorgeous flower bed.  she never made me feel bad that I had so many requests and opinions.  we did a lot of the work ourselves and she was fine with that.  I requested plants that they didn't have and they tried to get them but couldn't and let me fill in those holes myself if I wanted to, and offered other plants if I wanted them to do it.  I wasn't thrilled with how they planted the plants.  being a gardener myself, I'm used to loosening the root ball and making the hole bigger than the plant to be placed in it, and watering the hole before placing the plant, and probably 5 other things that I have learned from basic gardening books...nothing fancy, just the way people are taught to plant.  They didn't do any of that, just put them in the ground and left.  But I'm not going to complain because my lawn guy also does landscaping and he thought the job was well done and said that nobody in florida does things the way I have read it should be done.  So if nobody else does, maybe it doesn't matter and regardless there isn't a better company so why score them lowly.  Just thought people should know in case it is important to them, in which case, I guess you can get design help from them and plant them all yourself.  Their prices were excellent and they did not "penny and dime" me. they charged a flat rate for the design, that Mo took the time to work with all my changes.  And then the flat rate is deducted off the work that is done later, so really it is Free!  The only cost for the design is the $45 consult fee.  And there is a discount on the plants if you go this route, plus free delivery.  I thought that the plant prices would be high but I checked several places around here and they were very comparable, unless you compare them to Ace Hardware.  but the benefits outweighed the couple of bucks I could have saved looking for deals.  I was very happy with the overall experience and would use them again!

We really liked the plan at first. However, we noticed after planting that deer were eating two of the plant types specified (totaling over 60 individual plants). Liriope and Pittosporum are both rated high as likely to be eaten by deer. This was confirmed by other nurseries and by searching the internet.
We contacted Earthscape?s and requested that they provide us a different type of replacement plant at no cost (we would do the planting ourselves) or refund the cost of the landscape design. Their responsiveness to our request was poor. Several times we were told that we would be called back and did not receive a return phone call. We asked to speak with a manager and were told there is no ?manager?. We were repeatedly told that Earthscape?s cannot control what deer eat.
Approximately one month after our initial phone call, Earthscape?s only offer was to provide us a different type of replacement plant(s) at cost. Thus, we would be writing them a check to replacement plants that should have never been included in the landscape design. It does not seem fair to me that we should have to write another check to pay for replacement plants. It was immediately evident to other nurseries that Liriope and Pittosporum are not good choices for Lansbrook due to deer and our house backing to a preserve.
I believe the Earthscape?s designer demonstrated poor judgment in suggesting Liriope and Pittosporum given our community and specific lot location. I am disappointed in Earthscape?s decision and will not do business with them in the future.

Unbelievably well! After Mo took pictures of my house, and came up with plan, I went to the office on Friday. I added some plants which Mo was happy to change for me. They came out first thing Monday morning to take out the sod, Tuesday they brought the rock and shell gravel and designed the path. Wednesday they planted all of the trees and plants and added the mulch. Everyone involved in the project was excellent. Mo kept showing up to make sure that the work crew were planting to her specifications. The workers that planted were so hard working, and good, nice people to work with. I will absolutely continue to use them to finish the rest of my house. Everyone from start to finish was a pleasure to work with!

Did not use them because I did not get the feeling that they were interested in doing a smaller project.

Earthscapes Landscaping was good, they were very thorough. They were very professional and very responsive.

We were very pleased with them. I would recommend them to others. They had a good plan and they were prompt. They did the work on time. They provided exactly what they said they would. The price was right for the job we had them do.

The Earthscapes team was a pleasure to work with, and we will definitely use them again for our landscaping needs. Thanks to Earthscapes, we finally, finally have a backyard that we enjoy!

There was no problem working with them. It was pretty much just what I expected.

Everything, from the design to replanting a shrub that had died went extremely well.
