Computer Sales
Shane Ragland diagnosed the problem and had to backup all my data, and restore my computer to original status. He reloaded the data - nothing was lost.
He gave me some recommendations to help avoid a repeat. The work time and estimated time were consistant. He was very helpful and courteous, very professional.
I highly recommed him and will call him for any future problems.
