I needed a house inspected to acquire insurance or to sell. Still haven't decided.
I contacted my insurance company for a rate quote and was told I would have to have the house inspected.
E-Inspections Now was recommended to me by my son who used them when purchasing a home.
Mr Mark Born met me at the house at the appointment time.
He walked me through the house showing me what needed to be repaired while taking pictures for the report.
Mr Born patiently explained what needed to be done, how it should be done, and why.
I really appreciated Mr Borns taking time to explain things as this is all new to me.
