DRY CLEAN CITY OF PALM HARBOR

I was told that they send the rug out to be cleaned. The company that does the cleaning lays it flat and does the cleaning. I was told that due to sending it out, it would take a few extra days. When I picked it up, the rug was falling apart. Huge holes throughout. They said they put it in a washing machine and it wasn't sent out. Denied they ever said that it would be done as I was told in the beginning. Tried to tell me the rug was cheap, which it wasn't, tried to tell me it was old (it was less than 1 yr). They refused to do anything regarding the damage, including not even return the money for the cleaning. They told me that they had another person who had the same problem that day. I reported them to BBB and they wouldn't work with them either. The rug should have never been "washed" in a machine.
