Ralph arrived on the day promised and did a great job on my gutters. He pointed out some concerns which I appreciated very much.  All of the promises he makes with regard to the quality of his work, he keeps. He cleaned up all of the leaves and washed down the driveway before he left.  I will call him again the next time I need gutters cleaned or even pressure washing.

He was on time, very professional, would call him again.  the price was just for the front of the house, I asked him for an even $100 to do the back side walk. He said no problem and wasn't going to charge me. He also did the cement pad around the air conditioner that was a surprise to me.

I saw his ad on Craig's list and found him on here so I texted him to get a quote. He used the property appraiser website to decide the fee. We arranged the day and I gave him info for the gate and water. Came home to a clean pool cage. I had forgotten to pick up a couple rugs and he picked them up for me, worked around the temporary fence I put up to protect my blind dog from falling into the pool. He will be sending me the receipt via text. Never met the man, but happy with the work. Will gladly hire him again. He even took care of some weeds growing between new concrete I had added to the area.

When i contacted Ralph, the owner of RHQ Property Maintenance, and advised that I needed to have my driveway and surrounding area cleaned, he was courteous, appeared to know his tradecraft and timely in setting up a date to conduct the service.  When he showed up at my home he had a truck equipped with all of the tools and supplies that he needed to address a big project: 550 feet of driveway and another 4,800 sqft of parking area.  I was particularly impressed that he brought all of the cleaning chemicals with him as well as adequate hoses to address the project.  He began by spraying a cleaning solution and allowing it to soak the algae and ground-in dirt before he began the spray cleaning.  i have had the driveway cleaned in the past by many companies and several go immediately to pressure washing rather than take the time to let the driveway soak in a cleaning solution.  
The results of his efforts was amazing.  I can truly say that my driveway has never been this clean, especially considering that it is lined with large oak trees and acorns leave really ugly stains.  I highly recommend RHQ for any pressure washing job and I intend on using the services in the future.
