The representative (sorry, forgot his name) was very helpful and answered my questions. We have had an ant problem for years and it was getting worse. Drive Bye sprayed the same day and I haven't seen an ant yet. I believe the quarterly $79 cost is appropriate, although I haven't researched others. (I was told that I would be contacted within 3 weeks to see if everything is still fine, but didn't receive a call.) I will continue with this company if they contact me quarterly.
