The shower faucet handle stem had broken off. The stop valves were also not working as needed so I had to turn off the water to the house. I called them shortly after and they were able to stop by as they headed out to their appointments. This was a difficult replacement as the cartridge was jammed. They were able to remove it, install the new cartridge and get me up and running again quickly. Very pleasant service! I will definitely recommend them to others and will call them for any other plumbing jobs we have!

He comes out himself with help. I would definitely use them again. It wasn't flushing correctly, apparently. We have older plumbing and it was an upgraded low flow toilet so they readjusted some stuff as well as cleaning the drain. He is personable. That's what he says in his ad and that's what he does. That was one of the reviews on Angie's List that I liked and that's why I got them.

Domenic was great.  I called him at 8:00 am when I woke up to discover sewage in our bathtubs.  He came at 10:00 and went right to work.  He finished in under an hour.  The price was a little high, but understandable for being an "emergency".
