Diligent Concierge was wonderful!! The owner made sure that my travel plans were met. She booked a cruise for me and also made hotel reservations. She did all the research for me so I didn't have the hassle of taking time out of my day looking everything up that takes hours to do. I would recommend the business for all of those special needs you may need for your private personal issues.
