They do a very good job. They show up when they say they are going to show up and perform the services that we ask them.

They call to remind me before service appointments, which I appreciate. They also show when specified and get the job done!

They serviced our house since 1994. They recommended an animal removal company to us recently that is working out well. They are family run. They’re very personable and know what they’re doing. They’re also prompt, and their prices are fair. We have inside and outside service, but the price varies with the service performed. They take credit cards or other forms electronic payment. They will always contact you if they need to reschedule.

It is a family run company. I've used them for 15 years and I love them. They are prompt. They are persistent, but not overbearing because I am kind of lax. I like the family aspect of it. I know the grandfather, the kids and the grandkids. I have never compared pricing. I will continue to use them.

Very well. Based upon Ken's inspection of my attic he indicated we do not have a rodent or wild animal problem. The smell is most likely a one time incident where an animal got into the wall, heard the water within the pipes running, trying to get water and then couldn't get back out & died. While it doesn't smell very good....I at least now know that I do not have a wild animal or rodent problem in my house. There was no charge for the inspection, just the normal cost of the maintenance spraying. And while up in the attic, he changed my light bulb...now that's going the extra mile for a customer!

The exterminator always calls several days in advance to set up a time to spray. We have been fortunate in having the same representative each time, and he has always arrived in a timely manner and is very polite and personable.

TECHNICIAN WAS ON TIME, POLITE AND FRIENDLY. HE HAS PERFORMED THE SERVICE FOR US FOR SEVERAL YEARS. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS. IF I SEE A BUG DURING THE YEAR I CALL THEM AND THEY COME RIGHT OUT TO TAKE CARE OF IT AS PART OF MY ANNUAL FEE.

I HAVE BEEN USING THEIR SERVICE FOR A LONG TIME. THEY COME OUT EVERY THREE MONTHS TO TREAT THE HOUSE AND CHARGE $45 A TRIP. THIS IS A FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY IS FAMILY OWNED AND OPERATED. I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE, AND THEY WERE ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST PEOPLE. I FEEL REALLY COMFORTABLE WITH THEM.
