concrete repair
 + -1 moreA contract was drawn up and I gave him a deposit. I found out he did not have a license, insurance and had no experience for this work. I asked him to cancel out the contract and to refund my money. He told me a sob story and left the picture. I gave up on him and am still trying to get someone to do the work. I highly recommend finding someone else if you are needing work done. This has been a very bad experience.
Description of Work: I had hired him to have concrete work done.
