Commendable Home Inspection

From the start, Terry was very professional and extremely nice. He explained his inspection process in detail and he made me feel very comfortable that he was the right professional for the job. I had spoken with several other inspectors and I'm very glad I chose Terry. There are few Master Inspectors in the area and that was certainly a plus! Terry was able to get my inspection scheduled on the short notice (days before Thanksgiving) and he did such a thorough job; just like he told me he would. He looked out for some areas of concerns I had and was very nice and shared his knowledge as I walked through asking questions. I also needed a termite inspection which he sub'd out. Less stress for me. Everything went well and Terry provided the reports the same day , very detailed and I was very pleased. You can't go wrong by contracting Terry. Thanks Terry! I will call on you again and will recommend you to all my friends and family.

New roof April 9, 2015.
Terry showed up right on time the day after calling him.
Took 4 pictures outside and 5 in the attic.
Was done in less than an hour.
In less than 2 hours the 7 page report, including 9 photos, was emailed to me & my insurance company.
This review was delayed because the Ins. Co. stonewalled me and no action
was taken on a discount after over a month!
Changed Ins. Co. and got an immediate $600 deduction.
Terry is personable, friendly and knowledgeable.
Has the lowest price and will offer free advice on any portion of your home.

I have purchased a few houses and have used different home inspectors each time. Commendable Home Inspection was by far the best. Terry was an extremely nice guy and informed me of the process and what he'll be doing. I was able to get everything I needed in one shot and for what I thought a very reasonable price! The home inspection and wind MIT that Terry provides you with is very detailed and includes high resolution pictures. Terry uses a SWAT exterminator for his termite inspection and that was also completed in a timely manner and documented well. Even after the home inspection was completed, Terry still responded to my e-mails and phone calls when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Terry and Commendable Home Inspection to any that is buying a new house and needs a reliable, profession, and friendly home inspector.
