Went very well. Would use his service again.

It went well.There was no pain, it was comfortable and no problems.

I have used them four times for four different children, my three children and my daughter-in-law. They are wonderful for boys, but not good bedside manner for girls. The two boys came out fine; the first girl was extremely distressed, apparently they just were not sympathetic enough to her needs when she was under the drugs. The other girl, who had two teeth pulled out was completely awake as she was pregnant at that time, and she was not happy. They did their best to get us in, in due time.

My husband made the appointment 2 weeks prior to our actual appointment. The
receptionist told us to be at the dental office at 3pm even though our
appointment was not until 3:30PM. We
arrived for our appointment at 3PM as requested and were greeted sourly by the
receptionist. Either this woman hates her job or does not like dealing with
minorities. Not one smile or pleasant
word while we were in her company. We sat and awaited our appointment. My
daughter finally had her X-Rays taken and we were put in a room at 4:15. At this point, we were told the Dr. would be
right in. Another 10 minutes go by and
no doctor. The assistant came in again
and I informed her that we were leaving. I would pay for the X-ray and we were
done with their office. She begged that we stay, but I told her we were going.
Low and behold, Dr. Lazaro comes in and starts taking the same history, which
the nurse took 20 minutes prior to his entrance. He informed us all 4 wisdom
teeth would need to come out. The doctor smiled and in a very condescending
voice asked, “Are we all friends now?”I informed Dr. Lazaro, that I would not
be making an appointment at this time. I was led to the front desk to check
out, given my bill, estimate for removal of teeth, scripts and valium. What
type of Dr. office hands out Valium without an actual appointment? I received
third world treatment, which I personally will not tolerate. I will not go back
to this office. I complained to Cobb Dental about the referral they gave for
this office, hoping that they will not refer another patient to this office.

We like them and we are happy with them. They were wonderful. Everything was excellent there. They provided great care. They are very professional, thorough and friendly. The staff is very friendly. Their bedside manner is very good. With regard to effectiveness of treatment, I am having a little problem now where I have to call back, but so far it seems good. With regard to billing and administration, I haven't really experienced enough of that, but they explained it very well the first payment that I had to make. So that was very thoroughly done. Things are running smoothly with the administration and how they handle things; it's great. We would definitely use them again in the future.

My dentist recommended them and they are the only one that my dentist has never had a problem with. They are not cheap but they are the best. They are as good, if not better, than my regular dentist.

I had a lump in the lower part of my jaw. He was recommended to me by a general dentist.

Doctor thought the problem was ill fitting bottom dentures. he asked me to call him after the 2 weeks.

Examined me for jaw surgey wilthout waring protective gloves. When I complained the technician told me he wares gloves when he performes the surgey but did not ware them when he examined me (gloves were worn on the first visit but not on the second visit).
When I complained in an email, I was sent a letter advising me to seek another dentist and was given my xrays.
I advise future patients to bring your own gloves for Dr. Pecos (senior).

They were very efficient and had their act together. They were very professional. I plan on going back to them.

Everything went fine and exactly as decribed by the doctor at the pre-procedure visit. He thoroughly explained the procedure and all inherent risks. There were no complications or undue discomfort other than what can normally be expected with this type of procedure. The doctor's office did perform follow-ups and there were no billing issues or other problems. The overall level of care and service provided by the entire office was excellent.

It took several visits to complete the procedure and everything played out just as I was told it would. Costs were clearly stated up front and not a penny more was charged. I am very happy with the results.

I had a wisdom tooth pushing up against a molar that was starting to cause a problem. I made an appointment with Dr. Gift to have a consultation. I was able to get in to see him within 2 days. At the appointment I had a x-ray taken of my whole mouth which only took about 30 seconds. You stand in a machine and rest your chin on a platform while the x-ray machine circles your head. It was painless and amazingly fast. The image was immediately visible on the monitor. After the basic examination of the x-ray and my dental situation, Dr Gift gave me the rundown of the extraction options. Extraction with Novocaine or under anesthetic. The actual extraction took place 3 days later. I chose Novocaine but had to be put under anesthetic after all because the Novocaine was not affecting the very back of my jaw where to wisdom tooth was. I was concerned that the molar might be damaged in the extraction, Dr Giftt assured me it would not be a problem, he was correct. After the drip was put in my vein the nurse told me I would start to feel dizzy, I put my head back and after what seemed like 10 seconds my wife was standing in the room ready to take me home. I never felt a thing. If you are going to have the anesthetic, you have to have someone drive you home. They wont start the surgery unless you have someone present to take you home. Which is a good thing because you can write the rest of the day off. I was back at work the next day. I only needed the pain medication for 2 days. I was pleased with the overall outcome. I have one more wisdom tooth to be extracted, which I will be calling Dr. Gift for once my jaw heals completely.
