+ 0 moreHe came within 2 hours of service call. He was knowledgeable; carried all parts needed. (Our water softener is an old model.) He was very friendly and informative. Left us a water softener test kit (free of charge). Pricing very reasonable. So we now have a new water softener repair person now.
