We were tenants from 2009-2013, and during the leasing process they were great, but the property management team was not very professional. Any company that refuses to communicate in writing is a big red flag! When our lease ended we received an email and the leasing agent was responsive in attempts to help us find a new home for rent, but the property management team again was lacking. , but over 30 days later sent us a check for the balance of our deposit. We had to have an attorney write them and explain the landlord/tenant statute to them, and quickly received the balance of our deposit.

Several months ago, my husband and I started looking for a house to purchase. We originally started looking with another agent, but she was pushy and kept trying to get us to put offers on houses that did not meet our specifications.
A friend recommended that we give Janaki a try, and we have been really happy with her. We switched to her two months ago, and she has been working with us to find a house that meets our criteria. She is very, patient and honest. Yet at the same time she is a good negotiator and very efficient. She knows our time is valuable and doesn't waste it. She is accessible, and if we leave a message she returns our phone calls promptly. We know that with Janaki's help we will find the house we want soon. And we will also use her when we sell.

We used Century 21 East Lake Realty September of last year.  They were great.  They found a place we looked for, found the price range, what I liked about them was they didn't waste my time.
