These guys did a great job. We had a unique stain problem on the driveway that required some delicate cleaning and they did a great job. They were prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future.

These guys were great. They fit me into their schedule on short notice (within two days) and did a great job. They were on time, they were thorough, cleaned up after themselves, explained what their processes were, did a quality job and were fairly priced. Will definitely use them again.

Carl has professional grade equipment that scrubs the walkway until it looks like new. He did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. He gave great attention to detail. You can see that he cares about his customers and his work. Over a month later, my walkways still look like new.

We are so happy to have found Carl to do this work. Very reasonable price and he really paid attention to the details. We will definitely have him back on a regular basis. We don't write many (any?) reviews but are so happy with the work we just had to in this case.

Carl is outstanding. Did an excellent job of cleaning and was able to finish the job in one day. He moved all the furniture, plants, etc., out of the patio area and onto the lawn. He came back the next day with his son just to replace what he had removed. I would rehire Carl without hesitation and recommend him highly.

They did this a couple months ago. They were very neat and clean. I was not here when they did the work, my husband was. They arrived on time and he did not have to wait for them. Their price was also competitive with others.

This is the guy you want to do your work! He returned my call within two hours, arrived for an estimate that same day in the afternoon. His price was very reasonable! He arrived early the next day and worked, tirelessly, for four hours. His work was quality
from start to finish. Every surface he cleaned looked brand new when he was finished - and many of our surfaces were very thick with mold from a rainy season and shade. He pretreated the areas needing extra attention.
I had begun to think that there were no individuals who cared to do their best any more, but Carl Sankel renewed my husband's and my faith. We will definitely call him again!

Carl responded quickly to my phone message and arranged to give us an estimate the next day. We agreed to his price and he scheduled us for Saturday morning. As a cold front was passing through our area that morning along with more rain, Carl called and said that he would keep an eye on the weather and if things looked good, he would arrive shortly thereafter. The weather cooperated and he arrived as planned. After working for over two hours, our sidewalks, stepping stones, driveway, pool deck, the north side of the house and above the soffit area are mildew free and look great. Thanks for a great job Carl and we will be looking forward to having you back next year.

Contracted with Carl to pressure clean my house. They did such a good job that I also asked them to pressure clean my concrete driveway and entranceway. They did an excellent job with particular attention to detail. They performed the work as though they were working on their own property. No shortcomings and I would highly recommend them.

So very pleased! Mr. Sankel and his helper did an excellent job. They were here for almost 4 hours on my small bungalow. They were very thorough and left my place looking fantastic. Very hard workers! As an added bonus, he scrubbed my sidewalk, a perk not listed in the Angie's List big deal. I will be using him in the future for both the power washing and his yard service! I highly recommend hiring him.

Mr. Sankel was here all day doing the pressure washing of my sidewalks, driveway (4-car garage), stepping stones, and pool enclosure. He also cleared the gutter over my pool area. I have been getting this job done for the past fifteen years by various companies, but this time was by far the very best. He did a wonderful job - made it look like new. He worked so hard the entire day that he made me feel too guilty to even take the discount that was offered. I feel very fortunate to have discovered this company and will definitely use them in the future.
