Excellent job!

goes very well. he is prompt, and responsive. if he is running late he will call and inform us that he is delayed and when he expects he will be on site.

I have used them for three years, and I am very happy with them. They are very thorough when they spray. They spray by my light switches, windows, and bird cages along with everything else. The treatment does a very good job because we have not had any problem with bugs.

They have been excellent. Last year, it cost $800 because they had to the termite thing around the house. This time, it cost $390; it was just to do an upgrade/reinforcement. I think their price is high, but I am new to Florida so I don't know if it is high. I will continue to use them in the future.

bug off called and scheduled the yearly appointment. I have been a customer for 7 years. they arrived when promised and performed the services required. i have never had a bug problem, and any time i had problems with other rodents (ie armadillos) they came out the next day to address the problem

Mike serviced the entire house, and said he would return if there were any problems...we called him about 2 months later and he returned and corrected the problems

Mike was my go-to guy for three years. His wife works with him and they just couldn't be any better. They did my annual treatment for 3 years and I would rec'd them to anyone! Kind. Reasonable. Helpful. Friendly. I was often alone at home with a small child which makes me uneasy letting people inside. I trusted these guys completely. They were always very nice to my son and happy to let him observe as they worked. What more could you ask for?

He is very thorough. I have been using him for a few years. I am very satisfied with him.
