He ran a snake down my sewer drain toward the connection with the street's sewer. About 15 feet out he discovered that the maple tree in the front yard had pushed roots into my house drain line. He used the power snake multiple times to be sure that he had removed all of the blockage. Then he went inside and put two new wax seals under the toilets and re-seated them. After that he checked the flow from each toilet and observed the flow in my main drain line with the cap off. Once he was satisfied that all problems had been fixed, he made me a bill and put the charge on my Visa check card.
