Ray Lorah owner of Brisk contracting and his subcontractors generally start working in the 8-9:00 time frame and quit between 2-3:00 pm. His men told me the weekend starts on Friday at 2:00 pm. For a residential remodeling project, the scope of work was quite large. Initially the work was done at an acceptable pace however, as the months passed they became less interested in the job and the attention to detail decreased significantly. The easy way to do anything became the standard, resulting in poor workmanship. We are living with a door frame cracked away from the wall. I had to hire a different contractor to repair the cracks in the vaulted ceiling. Structurally I am pleased with the work that was done however, the finish work and attention to detail was average to below average. Unfortunately this is what everyone sees when the project is complete.
