+ -1 moreOn March 26 and June 29th our home warranty company referred our electrical work to Brico. When the company sends out a request they notify the company via fax and then forward to us (the homeowner) the contact information. On both occasions I emailed and called Brico several times- not once did Brico call back or respond to the email. We were without power in our condo in 94 degree weather and were relying on Brico to come restore our power- but they never even bothered to respond.
Description of Work: No services were performed- they never responded to the service request from the home warranty company, replied to an email or answered the phone.
