• Ryan was relatively punctual and did the work we asked him to do. His price was a little on the high side but we went with him because he seemed to know what he was doing. After each job was done he was very quick to want his full check, at times before we were even able to see the completed job. He was paid in full within hours of completing the jobs.

• * When we had the contractor out to start tiling the concrete deck, we realized it was not level at all. We spent a further $350.00 with the tiler, getting it level.

* The railing he installed is not secure and started falling apart after 4 days of being installed. Costs to repair this: $500.00
* The Bamboo Flooring in the living room (about 500sf) is buckling in at least 8 places. It is a trip hazard and installed incorrectly. Costs to repair this: $1,800.00
* The reinforcement of support beams was done correctly (as far as we can tell) and we have had no issues.
* The ceiling tiles were glued on and we have had no issues with them. Unfortunately Ryan did not paint them and they look terrible.
We have tried to contact Ryan on at least 25 occasions. He refuses to answer our calls and does not respond to text messages or voice mails. We are super disappointed and will be reporting this unprofessional behavior to the Better Business Bureau. We decided to pay the high prices Ryan was quoting because we wanted the job done right. Unfortunately this has been a huge let-down and we cannot recommend this contractor.

During the construction there were many changes that the tenant wanted to make and the contractor (Bella Homes) accomodated these changes with no hesitation.  The project was delivered on time and I would use this contractor again in the future.

We have used them numerous times over the last few years. However, most of the time they are VERY slow to respond to a service call. Then when the work is finally completed it generally ends up costing more than was originally proposed. In addition, it requires numerous follow up calls to get the work completed. Although their technicians are very friendly.

Ryan is a great guy. He has competitive prices and is very professional. Overall, he was a great person to deal with, with all the jobs he has done for me. His advice is sound. I feel very comfortable with his opinions and suggestions. It was great to find someone who really cares about my needs. He is very honest and I would definitely recommend his services.

I had a large area in the backyard that I decided to convert from a swing set and play area into an outdoor patio and large fireplace. I did not come across Ryan with Bella Homes on Angies List, but decided to include him in the quoting process when I found him on a couple other masonry sites. I am very picky, and demand a high level of professionalism. Ryan came out to discuss the project and quote the project along with two other companies. Ryan was the last company I met with of the three, and immediately I knew he understood the project. He has a high level of building experience and explained why some things could not be done (according to the other two companies). He knew what the sequence of the building schedule had to be in order to protect all of the materials and complete many of the details that allow for clean lines, proper runoff, and structural integrity. He delivered a professional contract that protected both of us along with schematics of the details we discussed. He was on time, on budget, and delivered a beautiful end result. best of all - Ryan and I communicated by e-mail every day while I was at work. I knew exactly what he accomplished daily prior to returning home. He is very neat and the yard was clean every night. Best of all - I needed a quick fix about three weeks after the project was delivered. I figured this would be the test - would this guy return my call after being paid. True to his character, his response was immediate and the fix was done within two days. What a great experience! Tonight I am having a party to drink good wine and sit by a beautiful fire - thank you Ryan!
