screen repair
 + -1 moreA no show. I had called to get an estimate for a total re-screening. I received an email confirmation of my Monday morning appointment at 9:30. I took time off work for this appointment. Not only did George not show up but I did not receive a phone call to say they were not coming. I called the following day to ask what happened and I was told he took his kids to Disney for the weekend. I understand if plans change but had he called to cancel I could have not used my time off at work unnecessarily. If this is how he treats customers before he gets the job how do you think you'd be treated after? He said he could reschedule but I no longer have trust in this business. I got another estimate and they showed up when they said they would. Whatever happened to common courtesy?
