Purchased a Rheem AC unit in 2014 from Baird's and just found out that they never registered our warranty. All this time we thought we had a 10 year warranty. Because they never registered it, we have nothing now. Very disgusted with this. Could never trust them again.

They’ve done an excellent job for me and I would definitely recommend them.

They originally had a problem being able to give me a discount for an energy discount.  In order to get that it had to be 15 seer and they unit that I had was 15 unit but was not rated by the manufacture.  So Baird had to get me a unit that was rated and came back out to install it.  They went above and beyond and got a better unit for me.  They said it was going to pass this energy discount of $150.  They replace the insider handler to a more robust handler that would come to higher then the seer rating that they promised.  On top of it they gave me $150, it was beyond the time when I could get my energy discount so Baird gave me the $150.

We had gotten an estimate from Baird's awhile back but did not have the funds to perform the extensive work yet.  They were so nice and understanding.  They checked back with us periodically until we could afford the work.  They are very punctual.  Also extremely clean!  For such a messy job, you would never know they were even there when they left for the day.  They are also very considerate of your house, treat it like their own.
Mr. Baird is very nice and quite a perfectionist, which I greatly appreciated.  He made sure everything was clean and that we were happy with the day's work.  Chris is very informative.  Sure knows his stuff and takes the time to educate you regarding your system and how things work.  Bob and Mark are very nice, careful when they are doing their work.  And surprisingly quiet.
I appreciated all they did for our home and will definately be using them in the future to keep our A/C system in tip top shape!
