He and Kim handled the purchase of the house for us efficiently and were more knowledgeable at the closing than the seller's agent and even the closing officer. They found us a tenant for a good monthly rate in less than a week. As property manager, Kim went above and beyond in hiring and managing all the tradespeople (landscaping, pool maintenance, pest control, etc.) and depositing our check promptly each month. living out of state was no problem and we knew our property was being well cared for even though we were several states away! We unfortunately had several issues with the tenant and Bob and Kim worked tirelessly to resolve them. In addition to being eficient and always working tirelessly until problems were resolved, they are wonderful people who we have come to think of as personal friends. I can't say enough good things about them!

I meant to write this review sooner but perhaps it is even more valuable having actually dealt with them for a few months now. We have had absolutely no complaints or even minor issues and because of this we have changed our mind about selling the house in a year or two. We never imagined that things could work so smoothly and now we can envision ourselves renting this house until we are ready to retire.
There have been no negatives at all to our experience and in fact, the best part is that they found a tenant for our house in 4 days at a slightly higher rent than we were originally expecting! No wait, the best part is the way they found us a quality tenant who isn't destroying our house! No wait, the best part is that the rent checks have been deposited on time! No wait, the best part is that there hasn't been a single issue! No wait, the best part is that we aren't paying any more for this great service, the cost is the same or even less than the competition!
When it comes down to it, the best part of it is the peace of mind we get working with Bob and Kim - they are the greatest!
