Bob showed us many houses in the space of three days as we were visiting from out of state to buy a house as a rental property.
He and Kim handled the purchase of the house for us efficiently and were more knowledgeable at the closing than the seller's agent and even the closing officer. They found us a tenant for a good monthly rate in less than a week. As property manager, Kim went above and beyond in hiring and managing all the tradespeople (landscaping, pool maintenance, pest control, etc.) and depositing our check promptly each month. living out of state was no problem and we knew our property was being well cared for even though we were several states away! We unfortunately had several issues with the tenant and Bob and Kim worked tirelessly to resolve them. In addition to being eficient and always working tirelessly until problems were resolved, they are wonderful people who we have come to think of as personal friends. I can't say enough good things about them!

Bob and Kim have been managing our property for about a year.  They inspect our house frequently, deposit the rental payment promptly each month and provide excellent monthly reports with all supporting documentation.  We had some issues with the air conditioning unit at the property. Even though we were out of state at the time, they monitored the repair and made sure that everything was done professionally.  We would recommend them very highly!

I would highly recommend them for any of there services. Been working with Bob and Kim for about  three years. They have taking care of all stress that I would have if I rented it on my own.

Bob and Kim Fachmann manage our property in Dunedin. We first started with Bob and Kim back in April of 2013 and have been with them ever since. They have kept our house rented with outstanding tenants since we purchased it. They have been a pleasure to work with. Kim's follow through is tremendous. We would highly recommend their services.

Having heard horror stories from landlords and friends who had rented homes, we were terrified by the prospect of renting -especially considering that we were moving out of state and would be over 1200 miles away.  We were terrified that is, until we met Bob and Kim.  I interviewed other companies who were nice enough and seemed to know their business, but I just got a good feeling from the Fachtmanns.  They were up front about the house and our expectations, they helped me with a list of things that needed to be done that would help maximize the value and they treated me like a person and not "rental property number 24601."
I meant to write this review sooner but perhaps it is even more valuable having actually dealt with them for a few months now.  We have had absolutely no complaints or even minor issues and because of this we have changed our mind about selling the house in a year or two.  We never imagined that things could work so smoothly and now we can envision ourselves renting this house until we are ready to retire.
There have been no negatives at all to our experience and in fact, the best part is that they found a tenant for our house in 4 days at a slightly higher rent than we were originally expecting!  No wait, the best part is the way they found us a quality tenant who isn't destroying our house! No wait, the best part is that the rent checks have been deposited on time!  No wait, the best part is that there hasn't been a single issue!  No wait, the best part is that we aren't paying any more for this great service, the cost is the same or even less than the competition!
When it comes down to it, the best part of it is the peace of mind we get working with Bob and Kim - they are the greatest!

Everything has been fabulous! We think the world of them. They are very involved in what they do. They are caring, do a great job, and follow up. They are a good, honest team. We have had no problems with them.

They turned out fantastic! I couldn’t be happier with Kim Fachtmann. They are very upfront, trustworthy and when they tell you they are going to do something, they do it. Kim was able to take a property away from a management company that I was very dissatisfied with and has made it a pleasure to deal with them. I don’t have to worry about my rent checks and they deposit it exactly when they say they will do. They have been so totally upfront that it has changed my opinion on property management companies. I recommend that anyone give them a try. I am very happy to have met them.
