Concrete Repair
Work was done and paid for. We then rec'd Notice of Violation from City, contractor not only was not approved to work in City of Dunedin, but he never applied for a permit. After numerous phone calls with owner Bruce, he filed for permit, but then refused to pay for it (incl. fines) and pick it up. Stated it was not his responsibility, which it is. We even offered to split the costs, but he refused to pay anything. We had to fire him, and are now having to hire another contractor to finish the job correctly.
