After my contractor informed me that he cannot completed the job, I was able to hire ACGF who provided service like no other. Although there were some issue on the job, Joe owner made sure whatever I need was taken care of. AGCF is a place d fair pricing. Great customer service and is sense of humor when needed.

Exceptional! Everything went very well and my wife and I are very pleased with the work the company had done for us. Joe and his team worked hard and really took my family's occupation and lives into consideration every step of the process. I am a law enforcement officer and I explained to Joe that my schedule fluctuates and he assured me that he will work around the schedule. Even after the paperwork was signed, Joe and the company kept to their word and worked with our schedule instead of just pushing to get the work done quickly. Joe and the team gave a good price for my family to work with as well as giving us a law enforcement discount as an appreciation for serving. My wife and I are very happy with the work completed and the customer service from Joe and the company. We highly recommend them for your home projects and will definitely be using them again in the future.

We just completed our first kitchen renovation ever. It was a blessing to have been introduced to this company by one of our neighbors. From my first phone call to Joe Awad to obtain an estimate, to my last call of thanks and appreciation, I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism. Mr. Awad and his entire team were always responsive to my needs and concerns and were very prompt at returning calls and e-mails. Despite the stress that a renovation can cause, they were reassuring and kept me in the loop at all times and they made sure the project was completed within our time-line (they actually completed it early). They worked within our budget and the price I was quoted up front did not change, so there were no ugly surprises along the way. I would definitely work with them again. Their designer, Nina Becklund, was a great help in selecting the materials that would maximize the look that I had in mind. Her expertise was invaluable. We were so lucky to have hired American Cabinet Granite Floors. From the moment we walked into their showroom we knew this was the company we wanted to do our remodeling. Joe, the owner, was always prompt in answering our questions. Mitzy, the office manager, was always courteous and professional. Angie, their interior designer, was a joy to work with. Last but surely not least, is Carl whom you will see the most. You won't find a more hardworking man in your life. Joe also has a great plumbing, flooring, and painting team working with him. Everything went great. Joe made the process really easy from start to finish. The workers that came to the house were very professional and also detail oriented. Joe's assistant was also very helpful throughout the process. My wife and I are very excited with our new kitchen countertops and backsplash. This is the second time I have used American CGF. Again, they exceeded my expectations. Joe and his team were extremely professional and did an exceptional job. I was on a tight schedule and Joe and his team kept me up to date on the entire project. They offer an enormous amount of selections from cabinets, granite, quartz, marble, flooring, et. The quality of the product is great, they assigned me someone that help me pick and put together the style I was looking for. It was great to work with 1 company that coordinated and could do it all. A 1 stop shop. They even followed up to make sure I was happy with the job. The entire job was done great. Thank you again for another job well done. They are the only company I would use for any of my remodeling needs.

ACGF was absolutely amazing! I can not say enough about this company. I flew down to Florida specifically to have my kitchen back splash installed in my vacation condo. When my original tile guy never showed up or even called to tell me he wasn't coming, I found ACGF. I explained my situation about flying down from NY for this purpose and that I was only in town for a few days, Joe had a crew at my condo the very next day. Not only did he respond immediately, he honored the original quote given to me by the guy who didn't show up. What an honorable thing to do! The men he sent were on time, extremely polite, very neat and clean and did beautiful work! ACGF saved me a lot of time, aggravation and what would have been wasted money on a wasted trip to FL. I truly can't say enough. I will use them for any and all future projects at my FL condo. I HIGHLY recommend!!! Thank you Joe!!

this was the second project ive had done by Joe and American CGF and once again they did not disappoint! this project could not have gone any smoother. the bathroom they have created is a thing of complete beauty. the process from front to back from the design to the installation to the final cleaning was amazing. i refuse to use any other company for anything that has to do with inside my house bc no company could stand up to the standard that joe and his people set with the work they perform. i am completely and totally thrilled with this project. i wish there were a better way to describe how amazing of an experience it has been working with them...i will only refer them to anyone from this point forward for any projects that has to do with inside a home.... my being content and happy with the work was joe and his people's primary concern and it shows. I cannot thank him enough for bringing my idea to reality for what i had envisioned. thank you to Joe, Nina, Ozzie, Alban and anyone else who worked and made the ideas i had a reality. you all are SIMPLY AND TRULY THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS THANK YOU AGAIN BRANDON B.B.

Beware!! I had my kitchen remodeled by American CGF. They are unprofessional and have poor workmanship. Their installer made several installation mistakes that they didn't want to own up to. The worse was the installation of the pulls on doors and drawers. Half were installed crooked. When brought to their attention I was told I was being too picky and that nothing is perfect. He tried to justify it by saying the pulls were defective but when removed you could obviously see that the holes drilled were not in alignment. They agreed to "adjust" them with no success. The installer was adamant that they were level. When I asked him to stand back and look at them or put a level on them he refused saying he did it by measurements. I repeated my request and he got very upset, slammed his hand on the counter, yelled at me saying he was leaving and to call the Joe, the owner. I felt bullied and intimidated to accept the crooked pulls. Joe sided with the installer never once coming out to see for himself. He said he had better things to do. After several heated conversations with Joe and saying I would not pay my balance till the pulls were corrected he agreed to order new drawer fronts and a door. After three different orders because the first two had a missing drawer front and damaged door, he got upset that the third order had a wrong size drawer front and said he was done, wanted his final payment so that he could see what he could do legally. He also suggested that I hire someone else to install the pulls which I was ok with since I had no confidence in his installer and refused to be bullied. Joe said several different times that he was bending over backwards for me and I was still not satisfied. Not my fault that mistakes were made with the orders and needed to be reordered. Also not my fault the pulls were crooked. He didn’t own up to any of the mistakes that were made, tried to justify them by saying I was too picky. He was very unprofessional. The other installation problem were the baseboards. They were to remove my existing stone 6¼" baseboards and replace them with wood. Well in one area the baseboards were too high and prevented the cabinet door from being fully opened so he just cut off the top 2" of the baseboard and left it that way. They expected me to accept it that way. He refused to change them out and I had to hire someone to put in 4" baseboards. There was another installation problem with the cabinets over the stove but it was a matter of ordering the correct size cabinet as I had not said I was installing a microwave over the stove. However he wanted me to pay for the extra cabinet and shipping till I reminded him that it was not my fault. I had a hood over the stove which was to be reinstalled. Then before I could get someone out to install my pulls he was demanding I pay the balance or he would put a lien on my home. We had agreed that I would subtract the bill for both the install of the baseboards and pulls from my balance and remit that amount. I didn't have a bill yet for the installation of the pulls and had to tell him several times that I would send a check when I knew what it would cost me. It took several texts for him to understand. Again very unprofessional to threaten me when I was in the right. From demolition to finish it took 3½ months! A job that Joe had said would take 10 days to 2 weeks. Wish I could post some pictures!! Updated 10/1/2019: American's answer to my review are full of lies. They didn't fix my baseboards, I had to hire someone else to. Same with the pulls. I had to hire someone else to install them straight! And I didn't have to order new ones three times. I'm not surprised at their rebuttal. They don't own up to anything they do wrong. They just try to bully you into excepting their mistakes.

Joe Awad Has an amazing Team working with him!! Their quote came in the middle price range of several other company's, the reason we chose them was because of their reviews! They were also the only company that told us they could get it done in a week and NOT two like the other company's told us. This was our only bathroom with a shower/tub, 2 week was unacceptable...especially with a toddler in the house. They were extremely understanding of us having a toddler around and keeping the mess as contained as possible, and trying to do quieter work while she was napping. They are great people to work with. Would definitely choose to do it again with them.

It was all done in a timely matter. They were flexible with our timiming (closing on house and moving in). Contractors hired were very friendly and professional.

It the job was completed on time and and in budget and it looked really good when they were done. The contractors and staff were professional, friendly, and they listened 2 the issues I had with my old kitchen, and provided new Solutions based on their many years of experience in kitchen remodels. The new Solutions were excellent and made my kitchen look more open and larger and more beautiful. They provided help in selecting all finishes and countertops that turned out beautifully. I'm very pleased with the results results and my neighbors have all said that it's absolutely gorgeous. Simply put they do an excellent job and they made me feel like family.

Joe Awad and the entire staff at American CGF were A-MAZ-ING! Seriously! I've never had better communication with an individual or company. We live out of town from where the service was required and Joe made it seemed like he was right next door, walking thru us every step of the project! Joe went above and beyond with every step and the results showed! The kitchen and bar countertops are stunning! Wish Joe was available for additional areas of work inside and outside the home - we would hire him and his crew for every job!

American Cabinets Granite Floors did a excellent job remodeling my kitchen. If anyone is thinking about a kitchen remodel this is the company you want to do the work. All the materials they used is high quality as well as the work performed.

It all took about three and a half weeks from start to finish the actual work only took 5 days then a couple days later they installed my granite. I was pleased at the time it took and how professional and polite they were.
