THE LENGTH OF REPAIR SERVICE WAS UNDULY LONG BECAUSE OF LACK OF PARTS BEYOND THE COMPANY'S CONTROL. I WOULD REFER OTHER CUSTOMERS TO THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM EVEN THOUGH THEY COULD NOT REPAIR MY TV AND BECAUSE THEY WITHOUT HESITATION AND WITHOUT PROMPTING OFFERED TO REFUND MY MONEY.
