Moving
Do not trust their original quote. They are dishonest and make you think you are getting a great deal on the phone and then change it. Our job cost us $300.00 more than the original bid. They advertise that they know how to move a baby grand piano, but they do not. It took them 1 1/2 hours to remove 1 leg from the piano. They lost screws to our furniture and now I have to find screws that will fit so I can put my furniture back together. They seem to be very unorganized. They blamed it on me that it took them so long to take the piano apart and then said they gave the screws to my husband, but the didn't.
