I was VERY pleased with the professionalism and service Al provided!! He went out of his way to get us on his route the very day I called. He came prepared with the proper parts and was very pleasant to deal with. His prices were reasonable, used Hayward original parts. I couldn't have ask for a better person/company to use for ANY pool related issues. They can count on me as a repeat customer!!

Decent installation but poor after install service. Installer left new remote in mailbox with NO instructions or offered assistance with programming remote. After many phone calls did come back grudgingly and helped with programming. Several issues with remote since then. Now refuses to return to our home. All reviews 2015 or earlier when business was run by father (we had work done by father who was exceptional). Son now in charge and either does not want to come to central/south Pinellas county or does not have the desire to provide decent customer service.

We called A & W Pools and they came out to our home the same day with a brand new 1 horsepower motor/pump. They had it repaired in about an hour and our pool system was back in full operation. We highly recommend them to install or repair pool pumps, motors and filters.
