Super dishonest... They will come to your house, the owner would come across like a super knowledgeable guy and quote you a job for a price, and then a month later it will be something else that is 50% more than what he originally quoted, and the worst part is that he never tells you that he is changing the price until he has already done the job. To give you an idea, this company charges 375 USD for a 15 min job to mount a 54 inches TV. Run away from this company! They will rip you off!

Technician contacted me and came out to the office two days later.  Surveyed the job situation and indicated he would put me on the schedule for the "first of the week".  At the first of the week, contacted him and he indicated it would be Friday.  Friday morning he called to say that he would be out at 2:00.  At almost 3:00 he was not there.  Given his history, I called the main office and cancelled the service.  However, after several weeks of not being able to find another provider, I called this company today to see if they had someone to send.  I was told that they were backed up for three weeks.  Business is good!

They were responsive, on time and got the job done without any problems.

Initially, it started very well. Spoke with Chip. They were really responsive and great to work with. The pricing was reasonable. Provided 2 initial quotes. Unfortunately our budget changed due unforeseen circumstances, and thus I contacted Chip via phone for a 3rd and final revision. I apologized over and over that we were not able to do the full project, but I wanted to start with this 1st ($1000 worth of work), and then later upgrade. He said no problem, and would get back to me. After 2 weeks of not hearing back, I sent him an email asking for an update for the quote. He never responded. I went with someone else. The only reason they didn't get an and quot;Fand quot; was because of their initial responsiveness. They really could have just told me that projects below a certain amount are not what they do due to high volume or demand, or whatever. But to never respond back is really inappropriate. Their loss, as I ended up needing some new equipment because I didn't realize that my old equipment that I was trying to re-use to save money, had problems. So they would have ended up having a larger sale. Check out my other review on the company I did use. He told me that many AV companies want to upsell clients and want larger jobs. That many times they walk away from lower end jobs.

I pretty much told the whole story above but I might add that the receiver I purchased from them I saw at Best Buy for $50 less. They never hesitated in matching that price. They (Wes) was always on time and very good at advising cool things I could do with the system we were setting up. I gave a B for pricing. I don't know if that is really fair to A+ as there hrly rate is in line with what others are charging but the cables, new receiver and time it takes to program all the macro's into the remote is not their fault. Nevermind, I just talked myself into changing the price to an A also. I used A+ Cable Runners back in 2008 and was very pleased with the work they did and refered several people to them. Nothing has changed, I still comfortably recommend them.

I knew that my home would be difficult to weir up due to its construction but the owner Bill did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend +A cable runners for any cable running needs you have. They are true professionals that stand by their work!

These guys were timely, very responsive, knew what they were doing and did it. Really no problem at all, they came in and performed the services I asked of them, see above, and I was very pleased with the final result.

Simply stated the work was done expertly and efficiently and at a fair price. They showed up on time, did the work cleanly, were honest and helpful. What more could you ask? They communicated well and finished on time. They even went so far as to add cables to improve our home theater performance and even set up our pre-set radio stations. These guys are great. The work was done in an upscale finished home and was a great challenge. They never complained and handled it all very professionally.

He came out the same day that I called him! He was very prompt and polite! He informed me that I didn't need to have all the work done that another company was telling me that I needed to have done. This was really above and beyond what I thought. He ended up calling that company for me! The price that I paid was worth every penny!

Chip provided us with a written proposal. He explained in detail what we needed. We purchased a new A/V receiver, missing front center speaker, sub-woofer and universal remote. Chip and his team provided an excellent service for us and we are so happy to have such a wonderful sound system. Chip and his team are very knowledgeable, talented, honest, professional and you can tell they really love their line of work. Chip makes himself available anytime for questions or problems, which we have not had any problems. They even call to follow up on how our system is working and to make sure we are happy! That's rare these days! Chip and his team get an A+ from us! Thank you!
