The installation time was 8-9 am but I received a call the day before to change it to 12-2 pm. Not a problem since I was notified well in advance. They arrived at 1:30 and they started the installation right away. It was done quickly and professionally. This was a 6 months free opportunity because we had existing equipment. I've had to contact the office a couple of times regarding payment options and both times, the customer rep was pleasant and helpful.

They were fine. We called them and they came out and gave us the run down. He even discouraged us from buying a more expensive service. He told us just what we needed and that was great. I would definitely rate them an A.
