Tammy Colpoys

Tammy Colpoys was a Realtor I used in Palm Coast, Florida. It's a husband and wife team. They haven't sold our house, we put that on hold, but they were very responsive, they came right out to the house and they prepared a binder for us specific to our house. They already analyzed the market, told us what the price point should be. And anyway we were impressed. They were very personable and you know low key. They seem like they were people persons, that they would be good at showing our house, they seemed like they would get along with most people. They also seemed like they were extremely knowledgeable about the marketplace. They even showed us several, not just the comps, but they showed us about some of the properties that they sold. When we are ready that's who we are going to go back to. What sent me to Remax was their TV ads. I was thinking that they would be like the top of the food chain as far as realtors. But it's not really the case because we did meet with another Realtor from Remax, the same office and he was terrible, he didn't know what he was doing at all. He was rude. We hired the Colpoys in March. For now we put it on hold.
