great, always prompt, calls. Takes time to listen to what you want, tries to save you money on projects. Free estimates, prices out job, will pick up all supplies and follows up if there is a problem. During Hurricanes, Steve and his son came the next day to replace shingles. I would trust them in our home even if we were there. Great work, great price, reliable, dependable and they know what their doing.

Steve was quite prompt in returning our call & completing the work. His price of $450 seemed a bit steep. But he completed his work promptly & adequately, then took the time to do a good job of cleaning up.

Steve had done work at my home several times. The first two times he was good. The third time he took apart the faucet on my kitchen sink to fix the low pressure. He was not able to fix it - left with the faucet pressure worse than when he arrived. He said we could by a new faucet, but we now have a trickle of water in the sink. I have to use the sprayer to fill a pan with water.

"In response to your review I have your work sheet in front of me which I keep on every call I service. The work was performed at your home on July 9th 2014 not March 31st 2015. I was at your home approx. 31/2 hours in that time I performed the following tasks. 1- unclogged your garbage disposal 2- put screen door back on track 3- secured and leveled your mailbox 4- removed factory shelving from you new van 5- installed seat covers at jeep 6- installed solar lights to the rear of the house that you supplied 7-hung blinds at kitchen and front bedroom 8-hung Flag pole bracket above garage I strive for 100% satisfaction for all my customers for every task I perform. One of 8 tasks was obviously flawed so that I apologize and would of been back to repair and kept returning until you were 100% satisifed. It took a week to return because I work areas and it was not a emergency situation. In 11 years of business in Palm Coast this is the only negative review ( flag pole bracket) Sorry you were not satisfied I would of been back to make it right if you would of called Thank you Steven"

It went fine. He did it very quickly and everything is still working fine. Steven came out and he was very friendly. It took him about four of five hours. He left the area clean when he was done and I would use him again

Mr Cantu diagnosed the reason my clothes dryer was not working, then he cleaned the dryer ventilation system for the house and replaced a kitchen sink and faucet. He promptly returned all of my calls and continued to keep in touch with updates (I reside out of state). Very happy with the job he did.

He called when he said he would or called soon thereafter to make sure I knew he had not forgotten me. His solution to my ongoing problem with rotting wood frames by replacing with vinyl was a great idea. I am relieved to have it fixed - permanently. I plan on having him replace a door that has also rotted next month once I purchase the door. I am very happy with the results.

Mr. Cantu arrived early and worked non stop in a variety of miscellaneous jobs throughout the house. His work was excellent and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him and intend to hire him again in the near future.

Does not represent himself as a licensed contractor and makes this fact perfectly clear and understood to all who engage his services. His advertisement in the local newspapers cleary sateand quot; No work requiring permitand quot;. He is licensed, insured and will provide references upon request. We are very p[leased with his honesty, reliability, work ethic and professionalism.
