This company responded to a Sunday afternoon email by phone within 5 minutes after it was submitted online. We had some volleying of communication as the scheduled appointment had to be canceled due to my having to leave town. We rescheduled and that had to be rescheduled as well due to equipment issue at the company. It was worth the wait. The owner, himself did the carpet cleaning and gave us some much needed recommendations on mold prevention in our home. I was very satisfied with the service, price and professionalism. I would recommend this company.
