Andrea did an excellent job inspecting my attic for mold. She went above and beyond doing the inspection in a difficult attic space. She also spent time examining registers and connecting ducts for suspected mold. She finally located a possible source of mold from a badly contaminated air filter. Andrea is very thorough and pleasant to deal with. She deserves more than five stars.
