I needed some painting and wood work on my home in Ormond Beach. I contact Richard from RS home solutions. Big mistake. His quote was 3-4 times more than other approved contractors though my HOA. I could not afford his obviously overly inflated prices. I guess it hurt his feelings because he is now harassing me by text (on the 4th of July) and phone months later. Others in my neighborhood are reporting similar questionable experiences with Richard. Our HOA is taking actions against his tactics. But this bully will only get his. I am contacting the state and Better Business Bureau about his probable price gouging. I'll be trespassing you from my property this week.

Miss managed the job from day one. The job was supposed to start the first week of June. Knowing that’s the start date Richard came and got his check for the windows and cashed it. Low and behold end of June we won’t have the windows for 8 weeks. If windows take 4-8 weeks then it should of been ordered much sooner. Now the windows will not come until Aug. 13 apparently. The only reason we chose him was because he was able to start sooner than some other companies.
