I'm from ny.... I'm a pain in the xxx. He was great. Highly professional and goes beyond what I expect of most contractors. The report was crazy thorough! 82 pages!!! With out having Vince inspect a house before we moved into it, there was a number of things that would not of been addressed to get repaired. because a normal person just don’t see stuff until it gets real bad and cost more to fix. Vince has a good eye and worth every penny for his experience. The fee I paid for Home inspection I will get back over and over again by getting repairs done now Not later.
